Mangrove Cay is a luxuriant nature reserve. As we explore the mangrove channels, our tour guide will teach you about the different types of mangroves, explain to you their importance for our tropical ecosystem and identify any wildlife that you see. This tour can only take place during high tide, which varies day to day.
Common sightings include: sea turtles, upside-down jellyfish, juvenile lemon or nurse sharks, southern stingrays, and a variety of fish & birds! Wild animals are not caged or trained, therefore, sightings of wildlife can never be guaranteed like in a zoo. The more time you devote to exploring, the ever-greater your chances of seeing wildlife will be.
Drone photography is not included, it is a separate service.
