  1. Cancellation / No Show Policy - 48 hours (2 days) notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund. If you do not show up for your booking, you explicitly waive any right to a refund or to initiate a bank dispute/chargeback related to the non-attendance.

  2. If we cancel your activity due to unsafe operating conditions (as determined by management) or a major force majeure event (e.g., severe weather conditions, unforeseeable technical problems), you will have the following options:
    a) Full Refund: receive 100% of your payment back.
    b) Reschedule: rebook your activity for an available date.

  3. Late Arrival Policy - If you arrive late, even with prior phone call/email notice, your service duration will be reduced accordingly, and no refund will be issued for the lost time. To ensure respect for other guests who arrive on time, we are obligated to begin/end services as scheduled.

  4. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or uncooperative behavior. Failure to comply with staff instructions or exhibiting inappropriate conduct will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.

  5. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and streamline the check-in process. A 50% deposit payment is available to guests booking 1 month or more in advance.
By proceeding with payment and confirming your reservation, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the Company's Terms and Conditions and Operational Policies.
