    *Cancellation / No Show Policy - 48 hours (2 days) notice of cancellation is required to receive full refund. If you do not show up for your booking, you acknowledge that you forfeit any rights to a refund or to initiate a bank dispute.

    *Please be advised that if you arrive late, even with prior phone call/email notice, you will not be entitled to the full duration of service. To ensure respect for other guests who arrive on time, we are obligated to begin/end services as scheduled.

    *We will ask to see ID upon arrival. The first and last name on your booking must match the first and last name on your ID.

    *Any negative, disruptive or uncooperative behavior will result in the rejection of service.

    *You will be charged the full amount for services at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits due to the complications of collecting remaining balances, and we do not accept cash payments. Please note that after you make your payment, we will only see the last four digits of your card number, ensuring your card information remains confidential.
